Payment provider names referenced elsewhere on the platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are cited for user context only. Whether any specific provider permits gambling-related transactions is governed by that provider's own terms, not by en777.
A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. This amount may vary by payment method. Illustrative minimum example: PKR 1,000. Always verify the current figure in the cashier before transacting.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, it will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Once a deposit is confirmed, it is credited to your account balance. en777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with transaction evidence.

All bonuses offered by en777 are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific bonus's terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, qualifying games and contribution rates applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Illustrative example: a 25x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means PKR 125,000 must be wagered in qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted.
While a bonus is active and the wagering requirement is outstanding, a maximum bet per round, spin or game applies. This limit is specified in each bonus's terms. Breaching the maximum bet rule may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, even if the wagering requirement is otherwise met.
Bonuses and any associated free spins or credits expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance. Winnings already generated and meeting all conditions may be retained as specified in the bonus terms.

Bets and wagers are accepted at the operator's discretion. en777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, void or reverse any bet or wager at any time without prior notice, including where: a technical error affected the odds or outcome display; there is evidence of match-fixing or suspicious activity; the bet was placed in violation of specific sporting or game rules applicable to that market.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market and user account status. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change. Exceeding the displayed maximum stake may result in the excess portion being voided.
In the event of a platform, game or odds error, en777 reserves the right to void affected bets. Where a game malfunction occurs, bets that cannot be verified as settled correctly will be voided and stakes returned. "Malfunction voids all pays and play" is the applicable standard.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict liability.
en777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account without prior notice where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; a fraud or money laundering investigation is ongoing; regulatory or legal compliance requirements necessitate such action; or an account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our dormant account policy.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no bonus wagering obligations are outstanding.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit or wagering activity) for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Inactivity fees or administrative charges may apply in accordance with the operator's dormant account policy. Users will be notified before any such charges are applied.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which en777 is licensed and operates.
